Updates as of
8/24/2010:
Unfortunately, we are
still dealing with the US Postal Service and difficulty with the mailing of
our disks. We deeply apologize to any customers and potential customers that
have had a delay in receiving these disks. We have a current letter from the
USPS that you can read HERE.
Please let me know if you are still awaiting our information and we will
find another avenue, such as email, to get it to you.

Fundraiser Info:
Our
Fundraiser Link now reflects 2010 information. We apologize for the delay in
updated those forms.
CD Mailing and
the USPS:
While 99% of our customers received their 2010 Price List CD's with no
issues, we have found out that a handful of the CD's arrived to our
customers marked "postage due". First, we apologize for the inconvenience
this has caused. Please let us know immediately and we will either
mail another disk or for faster service, email you the files.
Let me assure
you that we intensely researched these CD envelopes in 2009 prior to
converting to this digital format. They qualify as a "first-class
nonmachinable letter". I am attaching a letter, given to me by the source of
our envelopes, where the US Postal Service themselves were telling their
employees to "Get it Right". The CD's should NOT be called "parcels", which
is what some branches are doing and sending notes to our customers that
postage is due. (This attached letter reflects when the pricing for first
class was $.42...it is now $.44 and thus the non-machinable first class
letter rate for 2 oz. is $.81 instead of $.79.) Click
HERE to see the USPS letter....and if you happen to be one of our
customers that ran into this problem, feel free to share it with your local
USPS branch. Thank you.
